SLA for Evaluation By EthanMedia
EthanMedia is committed to being transparent and responsive and keeping you informed of our progress whilst we are investigating your security concern. You will receive a non-automated response to your initial email contact within 24 hours, and you will receive a progress update from EthanMedia at least every five business days.
